Today I started to work with my mentor. His name is Jason Romero and he works at the Marin history museum. today was my first time physically going there. The day went pretty fast, or at least it felt like that to me. I showed up earlier than the originally set time that my mentor and I set upon to really check out the museum by myself. afterwards my mentor came and we went through introductions and described to him what my project was about and the purpose behind it. when everything was said and done, we took a look at some items within the museum and he described what his job was like. unfortunately, I didn't get to observe firsthand what his role was in the museum. I will be observing his job later on though.
